Terms of Service — SmartFill

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SmartFill ("we", "us"), a mobile and web application that helps drivers find nearby gas prices. By creating an account or using SmartFill you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

SmartFill Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at $2.00/month or $20.00/year (USD). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

On iOS, subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
On the web, subscriptions are processed by Stripe and managed from the in-app Billing page.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no submitting knowingly false prices, no attempting to interfere with the service or other users.

5. Location data

SmartFill uses your device GPS to find nearby gas stations and to verify community-submitted prices. Location data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Gas prices change frequently. SmartFill aggregates prices from multiple sources but makes no warranty that any price shown will match the price at the pump. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
