SmartFill ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Location — your approximate or precise GPS coordinates, used only while the app is in use to find nearby stations and to verify the proximity of community-submitted prices. We do not track your location in the background.
- Submissions — gas prices you report, the station, fuel grade, and timestamp.
- Usage — anonymous in-app events used to improve the service.
- Payment — handled by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS). We never see your full card number.
How we use it
- To show you cheap gas near you and route savings.
- To award points and prevent fraudulent price submissions.
- To process subscription payments and send transactional emails.
- To diagnose bugs and improve product quality.
Third parties
We share limited data with these processors strictly to operate the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — web subscription billing.
- Apple — iOS subscription billing and Sign in with Apple.
- RevenueCat — subscription receipt validation on iOS.
- Mapbox — maps and geocoding.
- Apify / public gas-price feeds — sourcing station prices.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, submissions, achievements, and authentication record within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Delete your account from Settings → Delete account, or email qorli@qorli.dev for a copy of your data.
Children
SmartFill is not directed at children under 13.
